TO ORDER PRODUCTS:
Click on the Product List Tab; then use the Find Product
Search feature or click on the Categories to locate items you are
looking for. Select the items and quantities you desire and they will be
placed in your Shopping Cart. When you are finished shopping you
will be asked for your shipping address and how you will pay for your
order.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Items
available from a manufacturer or importer but not in stock are usually
discounted 10% to 15%.
Select the items and quantities you desire and they will

$0.00, and you will not be charged for these items when you submit your
order.
We will check on
availability; then the discounted cost and the expected shipping date
will be e-mailed back to you. If a deposit is required, you will be
notified. At that point you can confirm all or part of your Special
Order, or cancel it if you desire. We will order these items
and request payment when they are ready to ship.
RESERVATIONS:
Items
announced by importers and manufacturers but not yet available can be reserved and are usually discounted

items when you submit your order. The estimated cost and
availability date will be e-mailed back to you. If a deposit is

AVAILABILITY:
The web site is continually being updated. If you wish
to inquire about an item prior to ordering, send an e-mail with your
questions about the item, or give us a call.
SALES POLICY:
If an item is not in stock, indicate how long you are
willing to wait for a backorder. Special sales with a specific end
date will be announced occasionally.
OUT OF PRODUCTION:
Items no longer in production will not be
available after those in stock are sold.
PAYMENTS:
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, check or money
order. No credit card information is retain on this web site; all credit
transactions are processed by
Authorize.Net.
SHIPPING:
Shipping in the United States is via UPS or U. S. Postal
Service; the actual cost including insurance is charged. Shipping is
available to Australia, Canada, Japan, Western Europe and some other
countries.

SALES TAX:
New Jersey residents must pay 7% sales tax.
RETURNS:
Inspect the items on arrival. Contact the carrier if the
package appears to have been damaged during shipment. Items with other
problems can be returned for exchange or refund. Send e-mail or call to
explain the problem first.
